potato. Try putting less sugar and milk in your coffee or tea.

are higher in calories because they contain more sugar than
vegetables. Vegetables are low in calories but filling because
they contain a lot of fiber.

enjoy 5 or 6 small meals. Eating too much at one sitting leads
to weight gain by placing extra strain on your digestive system.

pounds. Steer clear of any advertised "quick fix".
