Tips 1 - Exercise. Exercise is key in maintaining
a healthy lifestyle. A twenty minute workout five days a week
could be the deciding factor in whether you spend the summer
at the beach or on your sofa eating chips. There are many different
activities you can do such as, lifting weights, Pilates, running,
jazzercise, tae bo, racquetball, swimming, etc. Try getting
someone to exercise with you. This will help you stay on a steady
routine and make working out more enjoyable.

Tips 2 - Oral Hygiene. Brushing your teeth is important
to keep your teeth white and from having bad breath. Brushing

and gingivitis. To prevent these problems brush twice a day
and brush in small soft circles. Floss every day especially
after eating. Signs of tooth decay and gum disease include,
receeding gumline, gums that bleed after flossing or brushing,
shifting permanent teeth, and sensitivity in your teeth. Have
a detist preform check ups twice a year to prevent these conditions
from occuring.

Tips 3 - Dieting. Diets play an even larger part in staying
fit than exercising. Try cutting out fatty foods and be aware
of high caloric foods. Sodas and junk food do not provide much
nutrition are poor snack foods. Try vegetables or fruits for
in between meals to cut down on some of the junk. Be aware of
fat-free foods, they may be higher in calories and sodium which
can result in high blood pressure. Energy drinks also may be
misleading. The caffeine and sugar rush will energize you but
also make you extremely tired after the chemicals are out of
your system.

Tips 4 - Alcohol. Alcohol can have many adverse affects
on a person. Depending on the tolerance level, hereditary background,
weight, and what you ate before drinking can manipulate the
degree in which a person gets drunk. Excessive drinking can
result in many health risks. Besides the obvious risk of becoming
dependent on this drug, cirrhosis of the liver, brain atrophy,
strokes, cancers, fetal alcohol syndrome, and pancreatitis can
occur. But within these risks, alcohol can reduce gallstones,
reduce blood pressure, and reduce the chances of type II diabetes.
What it comes down to is moderation, how often and how much.
Binge drinking is never safe on the consequences are high.

bad habit and we are subjected to this in our daily lives, but
