increase blood flow to skin and muscles and help relieve mental
and emotional stress.

stress! Watch a funny movie, read something funny (a book, a
funny email a friend sent, a story). Hang out with friends that
you know can make you laugh.

like swimming, lifting weights, or running/walking.

Relief Tips 4 - Relax in a steam room or sauna. Start
off at 10 minutes and slowly work up to 30 minutes. Be sure
to take a bottle of water with you to keep hydrated.

Relief Tips 5 - Relax in a nice hot bath!! Light
some aromatherapy candles, turn on some lite music, and grab
a glass of your favorite drink (a glass of wine, beer, champagne,
tea).

day, even if it is just a couple of minutes. Use this time to
tell yourself that everything is going to be ok, and that you

only get stressed if whatever you are working on does not turn
out as perfect as you would like for it to. Keep telling yourself
that nothing is perfect and that you are doing the best job
